Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plain rules, concrete timelines. All refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval (your bank may take 2–3 further days to reflect it).

1. Cloud plans (monthly)

  • First payment, before go-live: full refund if you request it within 7 days of payment and your AI receptionist has not yet gone live.
  • After go-live: the current month is non-refundable. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you are simply not billed again.

2. Credit top-ups

  • Refundable in full within 7 days of purchase if none of the topped-up credits have been used.
  • Once credits from a top-up are consumed, that top-up is non-refundable.

3. Self-host setup (one-time)

  • Before deployment work begins: full refund, no questions.
  • After deployment is completed and handed over: the setup fee is non-refundable. The optional monthly care plan can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the paid month.

4. Failed, duplicate or wrongly-charged payments

Amounts captured for a failed or duplicate order are refunded automatically to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If money was debited and your order still shows pending, nothing is lost — contact us and we reconcile it against the payment gateway the same day.

5. How to request a refund or cancel

Message us on WhatsApp or email support@docylis.com from your registered email with your order ID (shown in your portal and on your receipt). We acknowledge within 1 business day and, where the request meets this policy, approve it within 3 business days.
