Enterprise is scoped and quoted per organisation — departments, call volume and integrations change the plan. No payment happens online.

Hours

Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST. Messages outside these hours are picked up the next working day. (Your own AI receptionist, of course, answers your clinic’s calls 24/7 — that never takes a day off.)

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refund rules and timelines are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Include your order ID when writing about a payment — it is on your receipt and in your portal.
